“Are events from the past preventing you from experiencing the full potential of your life? Are you experiencing stress from life changes, such as health challenges, loss of a loved one, career, parenting, empty nest, or a recent move? Are you feeling anxious or depressed about a relationship? Are you feeling disconnected from what really matters to you?
I want to help you gain a sense of hope. For there is hope that your future can and will be better and that you can overcome the problems that you are now facing. My role is to help you and your loved ones gain new understanding, compassion, ways to connect more deeply, and any skills needed to address your painful situation. I firmly believe that you change. As this occurs, you can achieve a more balanced and happier life.”
