“Seeking a therapist can be a scary process. You may feel worried about sharing your thoughts and feelings, with a stranger. In counseling I create a calm, open, friendly, non-judgmental atmosphere in which we can work to find the happiness you desire. I work to create a trusting, accepting partnership with you. I help you identify your strengths and the changes you want to make. I offer you the support needed to make those things happen.

The clients I serve have a variety of issues which they share with me. I have particular experience helping people who are struggling with addictions, who have chronic pain issues and who have relationship problems. I work with people ages 16 years old and up. “

Martha works in the Brighton office. She specializes in relationships, addictions, divorce, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and spiritual issues. She services adults, adolescents, families and couples.
