Biography:
Michael Rudy is a Licensed Masters Social Worker. He is passionate about being a therapist. In all of his work, he focuses on helping his clients to transcend the limits which have been placed upon them by their history and their past. His goal is to help his client to attain their highest potential as human beings.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work degree from Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. He subsequently received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa in Iowa City.
He has served also completed postgraduate work at the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute in Farmington, Michigan and currently is completing the certification program in psychoanalysis from the Michigan Council for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy. He has worked in diverse settings, including on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation and in private practice. He has also created and conducted a rehabilitation programs specifically for men convicted of domestic violence. He also has extensive experience in the business world, as a financial planner.
