WHAT: A therapy group of peers seeking better insight into themselves, constructive problem solving strategies, support and feedback from understanding peers, a safe place to vent, opportunity to make friends, laugh and enjoy creative fun activities
WHERE: Heron Ridge Associates, 705 S. Main St. #280, Plymouth, MI 48170
WHEN: Mondays 6:00 – 7:30pm

WHO: 6th, 7th and 8th graders (Coed)
WHY: A supportive positive safe place to vent, learn about yourself, explore topics like Self Esteem, Assertiveness, Problem Solving, Goal Setting, Resiliency, and make new friends while enjoying fun activities

Young Adult Therapy Group

Young Adult Therapy Group

WHY: Connect with like-minded college aged peers to explore life after high school, gain coping skills and strategies for launching into adulthood, receive support from others who share your struggles, make friends, laugh and learn about yourself from fun activities. (College attendance is not required to participate in this group)
